Delivery of data allowing to identify which grid square the processed address belongs to
Used in the field of geomarketing, grid mapping is a new method of dividing the French territory into regular grids, square in shape and of fixed size (2.3 million tiles of 200m x 200m), allowing to obtain much finer and more representative sociodemographic information on the population (France, Martinique, and Réunion).
From our postal address management solutions, Capency provides the data allowing to identify which grid square the processed address belongs to. The statistical data from various population censuses, INSEE surveys are then retrieved: number of individuals, household size, information related to housing, age brackets, number of owners / tenants, tax income… To know all the information found by grid mapping.
